JOINT EFFORTS
Joint Efforts is a moderate water exercise program designed for adults with arthritis. Program takes place in the shallow end of the large pool. Sessions are on-going.
AQUA BOXING Need some variety in your regular workout? Join us for a fun, fast-paced water aerobics class that will help improve your strength, agility and coordination. No experience or swimming ability needed.
DEEP WATER This class will use Aqua Joggers, noodles, barbells and other equipment to focus on toning all areas of the body. Participants must be comfortable swimming in deep water.
FIRM UP, FEEL GOOD
This class promotes flexibility, muscle toning, proper breathing and body alignment/appreciation. Class will use Aqua-Joggers and foam barbells. No swimming ability is required; however participants must be comfortable in deep water. This class meets in the deep end of the pool.
HYDRO AEROBICS A water exercise class designed for all levels of physical fitness. The water environment puts less stress on your body’s joints while adding resistance to help improve your muscle tone. No swimming ability is required; however, participants must be comfortable in deep water.
