Boot Camp

One of our 4 Boot Camp classes can help you reach your fitness goals! This isn’t your typical workout. Expect to be pushed by our instructors and receive a full body workout to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility! Enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting and come prepared for an intense workout! You will never have so much fun, while working so hard. 

 

Beginner Boot Camp

Beginner Boot Camp is the same as regular Boot Camp, but is conducted at an introductory level.  If you’re looking to ease yourself back into shape this is the class for you.

Tuesday and Thursday-16 Total Classes
 5:30-6:30pm

Fall Session 1: September 7-October 28
FallSession 2: November 2-December 23
                      (no class November 25)
Winter Session 1: January 2-February 17
Fee: $32 Y Member Fee
        $48 Non Member Fee

Add $5 to registration if you don't register within 7 days of class starting.

 Boot Camp Punch Cards

For those of you who can't commit to one Boot Camp class due to an ever changing schedule, try a punch card.  This punch card allows you to attend any of our Boot Camp classes through the week.  Choose between 2 or 3 classes per week.  Punch cards will need to be renewed after each Boot Camp session
