Athletic Enhancement Program
The Athletic Enhancement Program (AEP) is perfect for youth ages 12 and older. The program is designed to build athletic fundamentals such as strength, conditioning, speed, and agility, with a focus on injury prevention. AEP is great for all ability levels in any sport as we cater to each person’s strengths and weaknesses. This program is unique in that it is run by nationally-certified personal trainers at the McPhee Center on the UW-Eau Claire Campus. Training can be general or sport-specific.
