This class will use the water's resistance to improve joint health and strengthen the body. This class builds from a low- up to moderate-intensity aerobic water workout that will improve range of motion and muscle tone. This class also offers the social aspect, allowing you to have fun and stay motivated toward your fitness goals! Shallow water, with optional deep water workout.
